SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
*Please note, any dates provided on-site and in other marketing communications are to be used as guidance only. Ralph Lauren Fragrances does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays. All ralphlaurenfragrances.com orders are subject to processing and handling times; we will do our best to get your order processed as fast as possible and handed off to your chosen carrier.
Our shipping carrier does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they delivery to Post Office boxes.
APO/FPO and PO Box orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, please allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery. Due to USPS shipping regulations, certain restricted products cannot ship to these locations (see Restricted Products below for a complete list).
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail (no PO Box/APO/FPO addresses), plus an additional surcharge will be applied; please allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery. SHIPPING CHARGES
Standard via UPS Ground (3 - 5 Business Days): $8
• Orders shipped with Standard via UPS Ground are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the order has shipped. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
• Delivery to some remote addresses may require up to 2 additional days. Standard shipping is not available to addresses in Alaska, and Hawaii.
• Your order will be shipped after your credit has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed. To be shipped the same day, your order must be submitted, and such approval and verifications completed by no later than 12:30pm EST/9:30am PST. All other orders will be shipped on the day that credit approval and/or other verifications are completed, unless the same takes place after 12:30pm EST/9:30am PST, in which case the order will be shipped on the following business day.
COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
Due to new safety procedures, shipping of orders may be delayed. Please enjoy complimentary shipping on qualifying orders $85+. The health and safety of our customers and employees is important to us. We have implemented safety measures to protect against COVID-19, as a result, your order may experience shipping delays as we work cautiously to prepare your order.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Please note, due to shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands. Priority or express shipping may not be available for you to select upon check-out and the entire order will be shipped via ground shipping. Please note that some remote areas can only be delivered by air. For these regions we will unfortunately be unable to ship orders.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns of any ralphlaurenfragrances.com purchase within 30 days of the transaction. Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a pre-paid label. Please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging if possible and include the return packing slip included with your return shipping label with any return. Please call our customer care team at 844-969-0590 for any inquiries.
Upon receipt of the package, the return process can take 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days to post onto your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by email.
Products sold via ralphlaurenfragrances.com may not be returned to other store locations. Ralph Lauren Fragrance products purchased at any other retailer locations may not be returned to the Ralph Lauren Fragrances website.
Please note that final sale items, engraved items, promotional gift items, and e-gift cards are not eligible for return.
If you would like to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return online before sending. You will receive a copy of your invoice to enclose in the return package and prompted to provide a reason for your return. To ensure a quick and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number.
